"Several years ago I purchased a little house as a rental. It had some know dark history including a shootout in which a man was seriously injured. The house was structurally sound but needed substantial cosmetic repairs. I promptly made all the repairs and some upgrades so the house had a sweet look. Life did not go well for the first renters and they divorced as they left. The next renters stayed less than a year and left major problems in their wake including unpaid rent, damage, and incredible filth. It took six weeks to bring the house back to a rentable condition after they departed.
As part of the cleanup and repair I hired Janhavi Morton to perform a land clearing. In several phases she cleared the energy of the house and the land under it. Challenging energetic patterns were found in the house and in the land not only under the house but extending out further into the neighborhood.
The next renters were easily found and have been dream tenants. There have been no problems and they are clearly pro-active in taking care of the house.
I have subsequently used Janhavi's services for other properties with similarly good effect.
In any field some people are more skilled than others. I have known many people who performed energy work, healing and land clearing. Janhavi's skill in this arena is top flight."
